SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship to Sweden and Europe. Standard Shipping within Sweden is FREE. The customer is responsible for any return costs. For all orders to the rest of Europe, the shipping cost is 59 SEK. All shipments are sent through the Swedish postal service PostNord, you will receive a tracking number. The parcel will be delivered directly to your mail box. If the parcel is too large it will be delivered to your closest post office and you will be notified when you can pick it up.
The consumer is responsible for paying any customs fees/taxes for shipments outside of EU.
Delivery time Sweden: 2-3 working days.
Delivery time Europe: 8 working days.
RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
RETURNS WITHIN EUROPE
For customers outside of Sweden the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Always register your return by sending an e-mail to email@example.com before sending items back. Then send your parcel to Readyfortakeoff, Rindögatan 15, 115 36 Stockholm, Sweden.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- The shipment cost will not be refunded.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.
- Late or missing refunds - If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Readyfortakeoff cannot administrate exchanges of purchased items. If you want to change the product or color, return your product as described above and then place a new order in our shop. Thank you!
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and wait for our reply. Then send your item to: Readyfortakeoff, Rindögatan 15, 115 36 Stockholm, Sweden.
